Today I woke up and realized that we’re almost half way through 2015. One of my goals for the year was to get back and active online.

So here it goes…

Over the last 7+ years, I have embarked on a path that has been filled with success, failure, ups and downs and up again. I have no idea how many clients I have worked with,  or projects (big or small) I have worked on, but I do know that I have learned from every single one. With a graphic and print design focus in school, I always found that medium to be the most gratitfying. I could layout, design and create and immidiately see the results. It took some years to truly feel that my web design, online advertising and hell, even flash ads were up to the highest caliber. And though originally reluctant, PowerPoint and I have become best of friends. The one skill that I feel lacks and I am most excited about is web development.

Over the next few weeks, I would like to take this opportunity to share of what I am learning while taking a front-end web development course as well as other thoughts and experiences I may have.
